The Emails Are Coming

After some communication issues with Backerkit, we finally have approval to send out the Pledge Manager. A small group (5%) of random backers will receive initial access. If we don't have any problems as those backers complete their pledges, the remaining pledges will go out within 24 hours of the initial trial ones.

The emails will come directly from Backerkit and will reference Catapult Castle. If you have any issues, please post them in the campaign comments or send an email to [email protected].

Thank you all so much for your support in bringing this fun game to market. We already received the initial shipment of the games into our warehouse, so as fast as you complete the PM, the games will ship. February 15th is the cutoff date to get all pledges in. I'm 95% certain that this date will stick, but after being burned last time, I don't want to say that the date's in concrete.

Waiting on Backerkit

I apologize that the surveys haven't gone out yet. Prior to the last update, we submitted the Pledge Manager for final review and approval by Backerkit. 2 weeks later, it is still being reviewed and approved. We are accustomed to using Crowd Ox to manage our pledges and they have been wonderful, but recently, Backerkit and Crowd Ox merged and we thought that it would be prudent to learn the new system. It's been a fight the whole way.

Needless to say, the surveys are not coming out yet and I'm trying to contact someone from Backerkit for help. The games are sitting in our warehouse ready for shipment as soon as we can complete this process. I just hope that it will be soon.

Please have a little more patience. I hope we can get these administrative issues solved and that the pledge manager emails will go out by the end of this week. When that happens, I'll send out a new update with a new deadline.

Pledge Manager and Shipping

Today, we have received the initial shipment of Catapult Castle into our warehouse and are working to get it unloaded and ready for shipment.

The Pledge Manager is undergoing its final review by Backerkit and will be sent out in the next couple of days. We would like all surveys completed by January 15th as warehouse space is at a premium. We will be shipping these on a daily basis, so the faster you can fill out your survey after it arrives, the faster you will receive your rewards.

Thank you for your support in bringing Catapult Castles to light in a difficult period of time. We hope that you and your families are having a wonderful holiday season and have a great time playing this game.

Campaign Complete... next steps!

Campaign Closed!

We want to give a big thanks to all of you for helping us raise nearly $8,500 with this campaign!  It is over but we are still taking late pledges for a few more days HERE.  

What's Next?

Now we have a 2-week waiting period, Kickstarter will finalize the backer lists and then once that is done we can work on the post campaign surveys to get all of your addresses and information so we can get you your rewards.  We will be using BackerKit for this campaign and will send out surveys in early December to all of you to fill in your addresses and allow you to finalize your survey.  

Production Timeline

While we have announced March 2022 as the likely fulfillment date for the game we have some exciting news for all of you, we have actually already scheduled production and expect to be able to start fulfilling rewards as early as January.  That is our hope but we are very confident we can get rewards to everyone by March at the very latest.  Stay tuned for more details on fulfillment and we will post more information on that as we begin shipping out rewards.
